Experience a transformative Heart Chakra Healing Sound Bath with Laura Degelmann, where a guided meditation will help clear and reopen your heart chakra. Enjoy the soothing vibrations from crystal quartz singing bowls, fostering feelings of love, compassion, and joy; please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for added comfort. Individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.
