Wintering Within: Daylong Hygge Away Retreat
During this special one day retreat and reset, we’ll gather together with the goal of ‘wintering’ or rather, intentionally slowing down and creating space for rest and reflection. The process of wintering invites you to find balance between solitude and connection – while gathering strength for the future.
Together, we’ll learn about the concept of wintering and radical acceptance, whether that’s the actual cold, dark season or a season in your life. By navigating these challenging “dark seasons” mindfully, wintering can lead to increased resilience, wisdom, compassion, and a deeper capacity for joy.
This ‘wintering’ theme will be woven throughout the day, even in the nourishing food we will eat for lunch.

This open-house style anniversary celebration is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey and welcoming new faces into the Apollo Sunrise community.
Throughout the day, enjoy special offerings and mini experiences, explore upcoming classes, workshops, and retreats, and connect with our incredible instructors, practitioners, and community members. We’ll be sharing exclusive giveaways, special anniversary surprises, and light refreshments as you relax, mingle, and soak in the energy of this beautiful space.
Whether you’ve attended one event or many, are curious about what we offer, or simply want to stop by and celebrate with us, this day is about honoring what we’ve built together and setting intentions for the year ahead.
